About the Role

SharkNinja is looking for a self‑motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join the Engineering Team. The TPM is the “glue” within the team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines and will work as a partner to the design manager/engineers with joint responsibility for delivering NPD product(s) to market. We work with a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our iconic Battersea Power Station London office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction (right product)
  • Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing to plan and meeting retailer requirements (on time)
  • Ensure global teams are up to date on project status and key issues/risks (stakeholder transparency)
  • Drive internal team meetings and set up project plans
  • Track technical issues through JIRA system
  • Participate actively in day‑to‑day activities related to legacy products and produce updates for executive reviews

  • Deliver 5‑star products to market (best‑in‑class products)
  • Set up project plans and drive internal team meetings
  • Track technical issues and work with engineering to resolve aspects

Qualifications

  • Engineering background
  • Experience in project management or engineering role – project management experience preferred
  • Hands‑on approach to project execution and technical tasks
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Experience managing a product through the entire lifecycle, preferably on plastics or consumer products
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders – board of directors or executive team desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and limits
  • SolidWorks or CREO experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in budget management – desirable but not essential
