Role: Product Developer

Ready to help bring the next wave of Ninja products to consumers around the world? We’re looking for a Product Developer to join our growing team and support the expansion of our global product portfolio across new markets and regions.

In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of teams including Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Creative, Customer Excellence, and more to help deliver successful product launches and best-in-class consumer experiences. You’ll play a key role in supporting product launches, improving existing products, and helping products thrive throughout their lifecycle. From market research and product optimisation to training materials and retail support, this is a highly collaborative role where no two days look the same. What You’ll Do

  • Supporting and owning product development activities for launches, product improvements, optimisations, and line extensions
  • Helping manage products through growth, active, and end-of-life stages while solving product, quality, manufacturing, and customer challenges
  • Supporting merchandising, training, and digital retail content execution across global markets
  • Conducting market research to understand consumer needs, identify gaps, and monitor the competitive landscape
  • Tracking product performance and sharing insights to help drive continuous improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for product optimisation and value engineering initiatives
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to support product vision, positioning, and launch success
  • Supporting launch planning, execution analysis, and ongoing project coordination with Product Managers
  • Managing product support materials including FAQs, how-to videos, troubleshooting guides, and in-box collateral
  • Coordinating domestic and international SKU extensions while ensuring timelines stay on track
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to support cost-down and efficiency initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re organised, proactive, and excited by the challenge of working across multiple teams and projects at once. You’re someone who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in delivering a great consumer experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, ideally within consumer goods
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with SharePoint knowledge a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented approach
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for consumer products and delivering great customer experiences
