Technical Project Manager

Shark Ninja is looking for a self‑motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join the Engineering Team.

The TPM is the ‘glue’ within the team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines and will work as a partner to the design manager/engineers with joint responsibility for delivering NPD product(s) to market.

We work with a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our iconic Battersea Power Station London office.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 5* products to market (best‑in‑class product)
  • Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction (right product)
  • Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing to plan and meeting retailer requirements (right time)
  • Ensure global teams are up to date on project status and key issues/risks (stakeholders bought in)
  • What You’ll Do
  • Align on daily Engineering tasks and deliverables.
  • Deliver 5* products to market (best‑in‑class products)
  • Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction (the right product)
  • Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing to plan and meeting retailer requirements (on time)
  • Ensure global teams are up to date on project status and key issues/risks (stakeholder transparency)
  • Drive internal team meetings and set up project plans
  • Track technical issues through JIRA system
  • Participate actively on day‑to‑day activities related to legacy products and produce updates for executive reviews
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Engineering background
  • 2+ years’ experience in project management or engineering role – project management experience preferred
  • Hands‑on approach
  • Presentation/Communication skills
  • Experience of managing a project(s) through the entire lifecycle – preferably plastics or consumer products experience
  • Experience in regular presentations to senior stakeholders – board of directors/executive team experience desirable
  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
  • A technical understanding of manufacturing processes and limits
  • Solid Works or CREO experience
  • A hands‑on work ethic
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in budget management desirable but non‑essential
