This role is part of the People & Culture EMEA team in Leeds and reports to the Senior People Operations Manager. It provides essential administrative support across core people processes, ensuring accurate data management and a flawless employee experience through the employee lifecycle.
- Administrative and Operational
- Act as an initial point of contact for everyday People queries, escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and electronic folders, ensuring accuracy and data‑protection compliance.
- Assist with payroll administration by preparing and inputting data, gathering supporting documentation, and following approval workflows.
- Provide administrative support for benefits, including enrolments and responding to employee queries.
- Prepare People documentation such as employment contracts, contractual amendments, and employee verification using consistent templates.
- Monitor and manage the People Experience inbox, responding to queries and directing requests appropriately.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, coordinating employee inductions, and ensuring system access is set up.
- Assist with pre‑employment verification and Right‑to‑Work documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee lifecycle changes (e.g., new hires, leavers, internal moves).
- Support the People team in delivering consistent and positive employee experiences across all markets.
- Provide administrative support on People projects and initiatives as required.
- Assist with updates to People systems, processes, and documentation.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate policies and internal communications.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks.
