Our client, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in Central London, is looking for a Product Manager to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of delivering, documenting, and maintaining the features and components of their bespoke product.

Main responsibilities of this role:

  • Maintain an understanding of market trends around Office 365, intranets, and digital workplace.
  • Articulate and understand the product vision and strategy and how it relates to our clients.
  • Feature definition and appropriate levels of documentation to enable developers to build components.
  • Functional testing, acceptance testing, and approval of new features.
  • Maintain internal and client-facing feature documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and plan milestone builds of the product, ensuring associated documentation is managed.

Experience you should have:

  • 2-3 years of product management or business analysis experience in a technology company, preferably in a B2B SaaS company with examples you can show us.
  • Able to work autonomously; able to define your own work priorities and processes.
  • Able to write clear product documentation and build wireframes.
  • Able to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adjust as needed.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
