We are looking for 2nd/3rd Line Support Consultants for a Gold Microsoft certified partner based in St Leonards on Sea. This client is a small yet dynamic company established for over 25 years, passionate about providing technology solutions for small and medium sized businesses and educational establishments.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’ll need to have the ability to consult with clients and internal stakeholders to review, analyse, design and deploy infrastructure upgrades, whether on premise or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience:
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 product solutions, including EM‑S, Intune, IaaS RDS.
- Successfully managed and implemented on‑premise Exchange and SharePoint migrations to Office 365.
- Exposure to Hyper‑V server clustering and configuring high availability multi‑node SAN solutions would be advantageous.
- Industry qualifications, ideally Microsoft MCSA in a Server discipline or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
The role:
- Assist with escalated helpdesk tickets via telephone and remote support services.
- Mentor and provide additional technical resources to the helpdesk team.
- Work closely with client account managers to advise on appropriate technical solutions.
- Advise and assist in the design & delivery of infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of project time expenditure against delivery targets.
- Create appropriate documentation for project handover to both client and helpdesk team.
