We are looking for 2nd/3rd Line Support Consultants for a Gold Microsoft certified partner based in St Leonards on Sea. This client is a small yet dynamic company established for over 25 years, passionate about providing technology solutions for small and medium sized businesses and educational establishments.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’ll need to have the ability to consult with clients and internal stakeholders to review, analyse, design and deploy infrastructure upgrades, whether on premise or cloud-based solutions.
Experience:
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 product solutions, including EM-S, Intune, IaaS RDS.
- Successfully managed and implemented on-premise Exchange and SharePoint migrations to Office 365.
- Exposure to Hyper-V server clustering and configuring high availability multi-node SAN solutions would be advantageous.
- Industry qualifications, ideally Microsoft MCSA in a Server discipline or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Comfortable with the following technology: Windows 10, Server 2008-2019, Hyper-V, Office 365 with Azure IaaS.
