Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor? Our team of experts in the US, UK, and Israel built a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It is a fully digital, customizable, end‑to‑end solution that automates front‑ and back‑office operations, allowing institutions and investors to earn more from what they own.

We’re hiring a senior, quota‑carrying salesperson who owns deals end to end. This individual‑contributor role is not a management position. You will work directly with decision‑makers at private banks, brokers, and wealth managers to understand their businesses, ask the right questions, and turn a complex, regulated product into a clear commercial case. The role offers real autonomy and ownership, suitable for someone confident running their own pipeline and trusted to execute well.

Responsibilities

  • Own your deals end to end – pipeline, forecast, and a number you are accountable for.
  • Win new institutional clients: online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers who could offer securities lending but are not yet.
  • Build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers – CEOs, COOs, and heads of business lines for lasting partnerships.
  • Run thorough discovery to understand how each institution thinks about its clients’ assets, the revenue opportunity it is missing, and what holds it back.
  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals through product, operations, compliance, and technology, maintaining momentum throughout a long sales cycle.
  • Translate a technical, regulated product into a commercial case that a CEO and a desk head both understand and buy into.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals – long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, six‑ or seven‑figure contracts. You can name specific deals you won and explain why you won them.
  • A consultative discovery approach you can articulate – a method you actually use, not just instinct.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the self‑awareness to learn from deals that don’t go your way.
  • Executive presence: credible and comfortable with senior decision‑makers, earned through substance.
  • The ability to get up to speed on a technical, regulated product quickly and discuss it credibly.
  • Capital markets or financial services experience is a strong plus, but we back a fast learner who can earn practitioner trust.
  • Based in (or willing to be based in) London.

Nice to Have

  • A second language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
  • Experience selling into financial institutions – capital markets, wealth management, private banking, or fintech.
  • Experience selling a platform or technical product in a regulated environment.

What We Offer

  • The chance to sell a genuinely differentiated product in a nascent category; securities lending is closed to most of the market, and you’ll be opening it up.
  • A direct line to senior leadership and real influence over how the commercial function grows.
