Sharegain is seeking a proactive legal professional to join our in-house team in a fast‑paced fintech environment, assisting with NDAs, commercial contracts and vendor agreements. You will support the review, negotiation, execution and management of documents, plus maintain records, trackers and metadata while coordinating due diligence and onboarding.
Experience with DocuSign and legal operations is a plus, and you will liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to move matters
