Sharegain Ltd in London is seeking a qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with 4–6 years PQE to join our growing legal team.

You will advise on commercial agreements, regulatory matters and IP issues, supporting product and sales teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll review and negotiate day-to-day contracts, collaborate across functions, and help ensure compliant, scalable governance as we expand SLaa S offerings worldwide.
