Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor? Our team of experts in the US, UK and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

We're hiring a senior, quota-carrying salesperson who owns deals end to end. This is an individual contributor role, not a management one. You'll work directly with the people who decide at private banks, brokers, and wealth managers: understanding their business, asking the questions that matter, and turning a complex, regulated product into a clear commercial case. This is a role with real autonomy and ownership. It suits someone who's confident running their own pipeline and enjoys being trusted to do it well.

Responsibilities
  • Own your deals end to end - pipeline, forecast, and a number you're accountable for.
  • Win new institutional clients: online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers who could be offering securities lending and aren't yet.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers – CEOs, COOs, and Heads of business lines that lead to long term partnerships.
  • Run thorough discovery. Understand how each institution thinks about its clients’ assets today, the revenue opportunity it's missing, and what's holding it back — so you can address it early rather than late.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals through product, operations, compliance, and technology, keeping momentum across a long sales cycle.
  • Translate a technical, regulated product into a commercial case that a CEO and a desk head both understand and buy into.
What you bring
  • A proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals - long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, six- or seven-figure contracts. You can name specific deals you won and explain exactly why you won them. (Typically 5+ years, but we care more about the deals than the date on your CV.)
  • A consultative discovery approach you can articulate - a method you actually use, not just instinct.
  • A strong sense of ownership, and the self-awareness to learn from deals that don't go your way.
  • Genuine executive presence: credible and comfortable with senior decision-makers, earned through substance.
  • The ability to get up to speed on a technical, regulated product quickly and talk about it credibly. Capital markets or financial services experience is a strong plus, but we'll back a fast learner who can earn a practitioner’s trust.
  • Based in (or willing to be based in) London.
Nice to have
  • A second language; e.g. French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Experience selling into financial institutions; capital markets, wealth management, private banking, or fintech.
  • Experience selling a platform or technical product in a regulated environment.
What we offer
  • The chance to sell a genuinely differentiated product in a category that's still being created; securities lending has been closed to most of the market, and you'd be opening it up.
  • A direct line to senior leadership and real influence over how the commercial function grows.
