We are looking for a driven Talent Specialist to join our growing team as we continue to build on our ongoing success. We are a high-energy, high-reward business that offers exceptional career progression and renowned team incentives. You will play a key role in delivering talent solutions for leading Management Consultancies and technology-focused organisations, while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Account Managers on delivering technology recruitment for leading Management Consultancies & Tech companies
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of candidates, building trusted and long-lasting relationships
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media including our website, job boards and social media
  • Sourcing top talent through networking, LinkedIn headhunting and targeted job advertising
  • Briefing candidates about the role and client including responsibilities, culture, salary and benefits of job
  • Reviewing CVs and applications to create high-quality shortlists for clients
  • Scheduling candidate telephone and face-to-face interviews with our clients
  • Preparing, coaching and supporting candidates throughout the interview process
  • Sharing relevant industry insights and content on LinkedIn to attract new candidates
  • Attending client meetings to gather recruitment requirements and maintain strong relationships

Required Skills / Experience

  • 1+ years recruitment experience, ideally within IT or a related sector
  • A genuine interest in the tech market, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts through formal and informal learning
  • Resilient, determined and results-focused, with a passion for working with people
  • Developed appreciation for best practice in recruitment delivery
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills

Additional Information

  • Salary Offered: £30k base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
  • Benefits: 25 days Annual Leave (+ service increase), Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Stock Options, REC Training and Certification, Flexible/hybrid working model in Surbiton (South West London)
