Responsibilities

  • Be a Power BI Trailblazer: Utilise Power BI skills and expertise to design and develop cutting-edge dashboards and reports that provide valuable business intelligence for business stakeholders in the London Market practice.
  • Elevate the Insurance Sector: Leverage your industry knowledge and technical prowess to revolutionise the way data is leveraged in the insurance sector, driving informed decision-making.
  • Empower and Inspire: Mentor and train colleagues, fostering a culture of data literacy and empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including the ability to integrate with a range of data sources, including Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing Centres of Excellence for Power BI and driving best practices in dashboard and report design.
  • Strong business requirements gathering skills to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • A passion for training and mentoring colleagues, helping them unlock the full potential of Power BI.
  • Familiarity with the insurance sector, with a keen understanding of the unique data and reporting challenges faced by the industry and end users.
  • Power BI Certification, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
  • Experience in leading data-driven initiatives and driving organisational change through the effective use of business intelligence.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: £65k to £80k (based on experience) + market leading bonus and benefits package
  • Location: City of London - 3 days per week onsite
