We are hiring a Lead Consultant to take ownership of delivery across complex Microsoft BizApps (D365 CE & Power Platform) programmes. You will lead workstreams on large‑scale platforms, combining hands‑on engineering with solution design and client engagement. The work is complex, integrated and high‑impact — often forming part of critical national infrastructure and public‑facing services. This role requires both technical depth and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across CE and Power Platform workstreams
- Own solution design at domain / feature level
- Remain hands‑on with .NET / C# development where required
- Define integration patterns and delivery approaches
- Act as a key client interface within pre‑sales and delivery
- Mentor consultants and drive engineering standards
- Contribute to CoE and capability development
Skills & Experience
- Deep experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Strong .NET / C# engineering background
- Proven experience leading technical delivery or teams
- Strong understanding of integration and scalable architecture
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Central Government experience
- SC Clearance (or eligibility)
- Exposure to AI / agentic or automation‑led delivery
