This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong track record of leading large enterprise-scale, D365 F&O digital transformation programmes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large, complex programmes (up to £50m) to time, quality, and budget.
- Pragmatically offering delivery leadership experience within ERP/CRM solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership.
- Manage key client accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee programme planning, risk management, reporting, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and delivery methodology.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Approve and oversee work orders, change requests, and key documentation.
- Lead executive-level meetings and represent the delivery function.
- Manage and motivate large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills / Experience
- Full lifecycle ERP project management experience.
- Programme Management experience with a consulting / IT services environment.
- A developed appreciation for modern ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programmes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced programme planning and risk management expertise.
- Commercial and financial management experience.
- Experience working with structured delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, escalations, and change effectively.
Additional Information
- Day rate: £600-650
- IR35 Status: Outside
- Location: Hybrid with up to 3 days/week travel to London and South West
- Initial Duration: 6 months, significant opportunity for extension
