Shareforce, an Oxford-based scientific spin-out, is seeking a Scientific Business Operations Lead to partner with the Founder and CEO. The role covers executive support, office and lab operations, finance, people, recruitment and wider business delivery as the company grows.
You will bring practical operational judgment in a scientific setting, with autonomy and a hands-on approach, and you’ll be based onsite in Oxford five days per week.
