Building platforms that power the nation. We're hiring across the Microsoft BizApps (Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform) space, but this is not a low-code role. This is engineering-led delivery of complex, integrated platforms and programmes that directly impact public services and national infrastructure.

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (BizApps)
- Proven software engineering background (.NET / C#)

- Experience delivering in complex, enterprise environments
- Central Government experience
- SC Clearance (or eligibility)
- Interest in AI / automation
Levels Available:
- Senior Consultant (£75k–£90k): Hands-on delivery. Builds complex components. Contributes to design.
- Lead Consultant (£90k–£105k): Owns workstreams. Leads delivery. Balances engineering with client engagement.
- Solution Architect (£105k–£120k): Owns end-to-end architecture. Defines technical strategy. Senior client-facing role.
