As they enter the next stage of growth, they're looking for a Marketing Manager to help scale without losing their soul. You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team, playing a key role in shaping how the business grows. This is a broad, hands-on position that brings together marketing, customer engagement, commercial thinking and operational involvement, offering real exposure across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day marketing across digital channels, listings and partnerships, ensuring activity is consistent, effective and aligned to the brand.
- Improve and evolve routes to market, including direct bookings, third-party platforms and partnerships, with a focus on driving occupancy and repeat business.
- Meet customers, property owners and local partners, building relationships and using insight to inform decision-making and growth.
- Support and enhance the guest experience end-to-end, working closely with the operational team to ensure what is promised in marketing is delivered on the ground.
- Work across our estate of premium local guest accommodation, including our guest house and boutique residences, developing a strong understanding of day-to-day operations.
- Play a hands-on role in operational management where required, supporting standards, guest satisfaction and overall site performance.
- Contribute to wider business operations, performance and growth initiatives, taking ownership of tasks and projects that help move the business forward.
Attributes, Skills & Experience Profile
- 3-8 years' experience in marketing, hospitality or a commercial role.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a growing environment.
- Willingness to be visible, engaged and part of day-to-day operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, partnerships and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Experience working within hospitality, travel, leisure or property environments, with an understanding of guest expectations and service standards.
- Strong understanding of booking platforms, distribution channels and yield/occupancy drivers.
- Experience using CRM, email marketing and analytics tools to drive engagement and conversion.
- Comfortable working with budgets, reporting on performance, and making commercially informed decisions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales or customer-facing teams.
- Educated to a high level in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ideally holds (or is working towards) a recognised industry qualification such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or similar.
