We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise across customer journeys, digital channels, and operational analytics, ideally gained within an insurance intermediary or a similar high‑volume, customer‑focused environment. This exciting new position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the sales leadership team. The role is focused on digital channel performance, customer journeys, and trading insight, supporting day‑to‑day reporting while helping to shape how data is used to optimise performance across the funnel.

A key part of the role will be developing insight around operational and colleague performance, alongside building out core reporting across the sales funnel. Early priorities will include designing and delivering agent performance dashboards and improving visibility of trading metrics. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong core analytical skills and the ambition to grow within a scaling data function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support reporting across digital channels and customer funnels
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and issues
  • Work closely with the Growth team to provide actionable insight
  • Help define data requirements and feed into engineering teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
  • Support ongoing optimisation of reporting and insight across operations
  • Contribute to improving how data is used day‑to‑day within the business
Skills & Experience Profile
  • Experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally with exposure to digital or operational data
  • Strong Power BI skills and confidence working with data sets
  • Good understanding of customer journeys / digital performance metrics
  • Ability to translate data into clear, practical insight
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders
  • Ambitious, curious and keen to develop within a growing team
Technical Skills Profile
  • Solid Power BI capability and experience building dashboards
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and analysing operational / digital datasets
  • Understanding of digital performance metrics and customer journeys
Additional Information
  • Hybrid working (Basingstoke HQ) / 2-3 days per week onsite
