We're seeking a talented Senior Estates Surveyor to maximise asset value and support the delivery of vital public services across Hampshire.
The Role:
This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing a significant public sector estate. You'll provide professional advice on estate management, property transactions and asset strategy, helping ensure Hampshire's land and property assets deliver value for communities and services.

You'll bring:
- Strong experience in landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals and strategic estate projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound commercial judgement and financial awareness.
- The ability to identify opportunities, manage risk and maximise asset value.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
You'll work on some of Hampshire's most significant property projects, helping to support communities, public services and economic growth.
As one of the UK's highest-performing local authorities, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment, alongside excellent opportunities for professional development across a wide range of property disciplines.
