Join The Registration Service at Hampshire County Council as a Ceremonies Coordinator/Registration Officer and help customers book and pay for life‑event ceremonies, explain legal preliminaries, advise planning, and manage ceremony bookings, including weekend roster duties. The role combines customer service on phone, email and face‑to‑face, requires accurate data entry into a bespoke registration system, and supports a busy, public‑facing service.

  • Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused frontline service on the telephone, email, and in person, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
