London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as the Head of Asset Management & Compliance taking a pivotal role in improving outcomes for residents and leading a high‑profile service at the heart of our Housing and Neighbourhoods department.
You will lead an asset management team delivering on stock condition surveys, decent home projections, investment opportunities and efficiency analysis including appropriate forecasting.
