You will work with schools, families and staff to implement inclusive strategies and model effective practice, drawing on primary and secondary transitions to foster lasting improvements.

The role requires QTS, strong communication and trauma-informed approaches, with travel within Hampshire and a steering role in expanding services for KS3.
