The Clean Energy Officer supports the delivery of clean energy, heat decarbonisation and fuel poverty programmes across the borough. The role contributes technical, analytical, coordination and engagement support to projects led by senior managers, helping to turn strategies and funded programmes into practical outcomes for residents, council assets and partner organisations.

The post works across renewable energy, low carbon heat (including heat networks), energy efficiency and fuel poverty, and provides essential support to borough wide energy planning, project development and monitoring.
