Our Projects and Programmes Team is a busy and dynamic change function, supporting the departments of the authority to deliver transformation, savings, and service improvements whilst working within formal governance structures and processes.

You’ll help design and deliver digital services that support over a million residents, working on modern platforms, data-driven solutions, and secure, cloud-based technologies. As well as being the driving force behind project delivery, you'll be required to maintain a responsive and effective working relationship with colleagues and customers across the business representing and upholding the integrity and effectiveness of the IT Department.
