Hampshire County Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker for the Out of Hours team in Havant, delivering safeguarding support to children, families and vulnerable adults outside standard hours. You will undertake assessments, manage risk and make decisions to keep people safe as part of a multi-disciplinary hub.
