Westminster City Council is seeking an Estate Services Officer to maintain safe, pleasant and welcoming communal areas on our estates and residential blocks. You will monitor contracted services to ensure high standards of cleaning and grounds maintenance and provide emergency call-out cover for housing management or repairs.
In addition, you will inspect blocks, ladders, roofs and escape routes, carry out fire risk assessments, report concerns and coordinate repairs.
