Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will maintain and develop the force’s archive of operational and corporate forms, ensuring they are up-to-date and support the requirements of operational policing.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain the force’s current library of Standard Forms, making amendments as processes or information requirements change.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of Standard Form owners and a comprehensive list of forms they own across the force.
- Proactively liaise with Standard Form owners to understand and assess requirements for new forms and changes.
- Ensure requests for new forms are properly assessed and mitigated where possible.
- Develop and implement new processes and technical solutions to improve Standard Form creation and updating efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to reduce the number of Standard Forms, migrating information into digital solutions like Niche and MS Forms.
- Support future solutions that replace Standard Forms.
The role may require visiting other locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, so travel ability is necessary.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 or equivalent work experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
