We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee the delivery of the catering offer at the Lookout, Lepe Country Park. This role will take full responsibility for your own restaurant within a modern, light‑filled space, serving good mood food in a stunning coastal setting. You will manage a team, conduct budgeting, rota planning, ordering, record keeping and stock management, with a strong commercial focus and a customer‑centric approach.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality, fresh, locally sourced menus from breakfast to dinner.
  • Lead the front of house and kitchen teams, maintaining excellent personal and operational standards, strong commercial performance and continuous improvement in service quality and revenue.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven hospitality management experience with a track record of running comparable food and beverage operations.
  • Strong commercial awareness – budgeting, financial control, rota planning, ordering, record keeping, stock management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach.
  • Experience in food preparation, health and safety and team development.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle unexpected challenges calmly.
