Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues across the planning service and with services throughout the council.
  • Manage and monitor progress on delivery of over £150m in planning contributions.
  • Take forward initiatives around the development and governance of the policy framework for development contributions and support its implementation following adoption.

Qualifications

  • RTPI accredited postgraduate degree.
  • Eligible for Membership of RTPI or RICS (Planning & Development).
  • Evidence of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
