Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues across the planning service and with services throughout the council.
- Manage and monitor progress on delivery of over £150m in planning contributions.
- Take forward initiatives around the development and governance of the policy framework for development contributions and support its implementation following adoption.
Qualifications
- RTPI accredited postgraduate degree.
- Eligible for Membership of RTPI or RICS (Planning & Development).
- Evidence of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
