The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
On average, the service sorts (via its own mail sorting hubs), delivers and collects over 120,000 items of mail/medical notes per week, and transports in excess of 5 million movements of samples of Blood Products and Pathology in accordance with Accord Dangereux Routier, Good Manufacturing Practice & legislative requirements per year. Our core services operate between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. However, we do operate a small range of services 24 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Stock items in stores centres and also for the safe and secure transport, distribution and replenishment of NHS Pathology, Blood/Blood Products, Secure and Non‑Secure Stationery, Laundry, Mail/Records and Stock items such as medical consumables (e.g. needles/syringes/containers) that are distributed to primary health care sites; (Hospitals, GP practices, pharmacies, opticians, dental surgeries) across NHS Wales.
