The Role

Bi-Borough Business Development Coordinator – responsible for providing leadership to the business service area, ensuring service users can count on efficient and robust processes that prioritise their needs. Contribute to the overall management and planning of the administrative function of the team. Review and evaluate administrative systems and procedures, identify opportunities for development, and manage workflow to maximise efficiency. Handle day‑to‑day tasks such as rota planning, onboarding of new staff, processing invoices, and collating clinical statistical data. Support project delivery within the service.

About You

Established professional with a relevant qualification and at least 4 years of administrative experience, including managing staff, finances and workload. Comprehensive working knowledge of audio typing, data analysis and Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate statistical data clearly and accurately. Strong organisational and communication skills, proactive in managing multiple competing deadlines and supportive of colleagues’ development.
