Overview
We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Order to Cash (O2C) Team to do just that. The team supports some of our High-profile government clients, ensuring payments are made, received, and consolidated all in line with the Cash Management SLA. This role will allow you to take ownership for administrative and technical duties that involve updating bank statements, reconciliation or accounts, completion of refunds and pursuing debt. We put the wellbeing of our people at the heart of everything we do, and so flexibility and work life balance is a key for a successful team! You will work from our Newport office on a Thursday and Friday and WFH the rest. What you’ll be doing
- Deliver day-to-day Order to Cash services, including but not limited to:
- Download and reconcile the clients bank account statements.
- Handle and process manual payments for the business.
- Input and track payments.
- Support with cash management queries from our clients.
- Chase unpaid invoices from clients on the phone and email.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks within the Accounts Receivable Cash and Debt team.
What you’ll bring
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally with basic formulas and data manipulation.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively, meeting deadlines with minimal support.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with collaborators at all levels.

- Comfortable discussing queries both verbally and via email.
