Are you ready to play a critical role in ensuring the success of complex HR, Finance, and Payroll system transformations across a dynamic project portfolio? Our team of Test Analysts work with government clients supporting their change requests on multiple HR and payroll platforms, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle eBusiness, Workday, and others.
They work with various teams within the business to create test plans, executing all necessary testing for change requests, including regression testing of Critical Patch Release (CPR) and quarterly releases. The team also responds to live incidents on the various platforms that will be reported to the team, providing expert support and guidance to colleagues.
This role will be predominantly based from home with visits to the Newcastle office on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the flexibility to attend more often if you desire. - Demonstrating extensive technical knowledge of Oracle and other systems that include HR, Payroll, Pensions, iExpenses, CRM and core functionalities.
- Regular testing of patches from Oracle Fusion and eBusiness is a core responsibility, ensuring system updates do not disrupt operations.
- Assisting the delivery teams with systems support and guidance.
- The team will also be responding to live incidents on the various platforms, taking ownership and working to resolve them ASAP.
- Working closely with colleagues across service lines to investigate issues, clarify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Analysing and manipulating data using tools like Excel and Access.
What you’ll bring:
- An extensive background working in a testing environment.
- In-depth knowledge, from a testing perspective, of systems such as Oracle e-Business, Oracle Fusion, SOP, SAS solutions, Metis, and Workday.
- Previous experience in test execution including HR and Payroll systems.
- The ability to investigate live issues and deliver excellent customer service.
