  • Overseeing the logging, acknowledging, filing, and end‑to‑end handling of RARs and Information Requests.
  • Contacting named individuals or teams to gather required documentation within set data ranges.
  • Ensuring accurate filing, record keeping, and version control for all RAR responses.
  • Working closely with colleagues in Newport and across SSCL to coordinate document management and ensure timely delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of Data Protection processes.
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured team environment.
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, building trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of redaction processes for Right of Access Requests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with wider teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Familiarity with updating or maintaining databases and manual records.
  • Experience coaching or supporting colleagues as part of their development.
