Are you a SharePoint Developer looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing SharePoint team, to work on highly secure digital solutions for critical UK government and defence clients. You’ll be working on next‑generation cloud and collaboration platforms, including secure SharePoint services that support mission‑critical operations, drive efficient workflows, and uphold stringent security standards in classified environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Support, maintain, and optimise SharePoint solutions, including creating sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
- Develop custom forms, templates, and applications using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Manage SharePoint security and access controls, including fine-grained permissions, and maintain compliance with governance standards.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recover services during planned or unplanned outages.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and teams to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements.
- Produce software component designs, specifications, and maintain patching, updates, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premise).
- Solid understanding of SharePoint administration, lists, libraries, workflows, and basic custom development.
- Familiarity with SPFx, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph is desirable but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of security, permissions, and governance in SharePoint.
- Understanding of document management, metadata, and collaborative workflows.
- Comfortable working in a team, following Agile practices, and learning new technologies.
It would be great if you had:
- Government sector knowledge.
