The Executive Assistant is a critical role for ShareAction, providing both personal assistance and executive support to our CEO and Leadership Team. This includes providing high-quality personal support to the Chief Executive and members of the Leadership Team, and supporting the Leadership Team’s meetings and decision-making processes, including by optimising the use of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal executive assistance to the Chief Executive and members of the Leadership Team including diary management and light touch inbox management.
- Managing Leadership Team meeting cycles including scheduling, forward planning, agenda development, co-ordinating papers and logistics, minutes and action follow up.
- Progressing our use of technology and AI to support your work and optimise capacity.
- Ensuring a strong two-way flow of information between the leadership team and the wider organisation.
You’ll have strong previous experience of providing executive support to senior leaders, with excellent technical capabilities. You’ll have high standards of personal integrity, be highly organised and great at working with and influencing a wide range of people. You will need to be able to manage your own time, problem-solve and adjust to changes of plan, and move comfortably from operational to strategic issues and back.
We have a formal hybrid working policy in place. You will be expected to be in the office 1-2 times a week in order to support in-person Leadership Team and other key in-person meetings.

Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
Who it reports to: Head of Planning and Integration.
Salary: £41,460 - £44,694 + 8% pension contribution.
