The Programme Manager will work to support the Programme Leadin ensuringthe smooth and effective running ofShareAction’sEnergy Transition Programmewhich aims to contribute totackling the climate crisis. Thispivotalrolewillleadtheimplementation of effective programme management processes and systems to plan,monitorand driveprogrammedelivery,performanceand expenditure.It will also support fundraising activity,eventsandexternal stakeholder engagementfor theprogramme,and represent the programme withcolleagues across the organisation to co-ordinate delivery, manage dependencies andensure strategicalignment.
Inthis role, you will regularlyengagewithmembers of theEnergy Transitionteam, withcolleaguesin other teamsinvolved inhelping todeliver aspects of the Programme,and withpeerProgramme Managers topromotestrategicalignment and cross-team learning. Forming productive internal relationshipswill be crucial for success,using your skillsand experiencetomanage and coordinate our resourceswill help toensure wemaximiseourimpact.In doing so, you willsupportShareAction’sprogress towards itsoverallmission ofpromotinga more responsible investment systemas well asachieving our climate campaign objectives.
Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswill be highly varied:one day you could beorganisingthe logistics and agenda forateamplanningor evaluationsession;the next,developing a budget for a funding proposal;and the next,helping the ProgrammeLead prepare forexternalpresentation.

Wehaveaformal hybrid working policyin place. Given the central coordination role that this role will play, there is an expectation that you will be able tocome into the office at least once a week toattend team meetings(scheduled onTuesdays) and other meetings, as needed,withinternal and external stakeholders.
