About the role:
- Due to an increase in service users in the Alexandria area, we’re looking for 2 Support Workers across two services, supporting people in their own homes.
- 1 temporary 3 month contract & 1 permanent contract posts available - both 26.75hrs per week.
- Relief contracts are also available.
- Scottish Living Wage Employer: £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.73* with length of service and qualifications.
- £13.45 per hour standard for sleepovers (where required).
- Access to fully funded SVQ training after an initial assessment period.
- Generous annual leave: 32 days, rising incrementally after 5 years to a maximum of 42 days.
- 4% employer contributory pension (above the minimum legally required).
- No experience needed—full training provided.

Progression to final salary scale is dependent on successfully gaining SVQ3.
