Join the Student Support Manager role at SHARE Multi-Academy Trust. We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Manager to join the outstanding team at Shelley College. In this role you will work as part of our Support Team across the school and within the Student Support Centre (SSC) to actively support and promote the learning, progress, and wellbeing of students with identified SEN needs. Working under the direction of the SENCO, you will provide intervention support for both individuals and small groups of students – both during timetabled lessons and outside of class time. At Shelley College, you’ll become part of a supportive, ambitious, and high‑performing school community where every team member contributes to our mission of helping students achieve their personal best.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and promote the learning, progress, and wellbeing of students with identified SEN needs.
- Provide intervention support for individuals and small groups, during lessons and outside of class.
- Work under the direction of the SENCO.
- Collaborate with the Support Team and other school staff to implement care plans.
Contract Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time + 2 weeks (part‑time may be considered for a suitable candidate).
