The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking to recruit an HR and Compliance Co‑ordinator. This role plays a vital role in supporting the Trust Admin and Support Services Manager and the central team delivering a high-quality service across the Trust. The postholder will be working closely with the Trust Admin teams.
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round. We are open to discussing term‑time working arrangements by mutual agreement. Salary will be calculated on a pro‑rata basis.
Overall purpose of the role:
- Provide professional administration support for trust leaders.
- Support leaders to help them meet their statutory and regulatory obligations, including Governance support and HR matters (staff training, HR, policy, data protection).
- Provide support to a wide range of HR activities and projects, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy compliance.
- Work closely with the HR Manager, school leaders and other members of the central team.
As the coordinator, you will be required to meet the general requirements of this post. In addition, you will fulfil any reasonable expectations from the central services team.
