SHARE Multi Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Administration Manager to work across Heaton Avenue Primary School, Cleckheaton and Millbridge Primary School, Liversedge. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of two thriving primary schools. Working across both sites, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across administration, HR, finance, governance, health and safety, and premises support - ensuring both schools run smoothly, compliantly and efficiently.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be supporting recruitment and safer recruitment processes, the next overseeing budgets, coordinating school events or working alongside senior leaders to improve systems and processes. Throughout it all, you'll be leading a dedicated administration team and making a real difference to the experience of pupils, families and staff.

About the role

  • Lead and develop the administration teams across both schools.
  • Oversee key operational functions including HR, finance, governance, health and safety and premises administration.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment and employment legislation.
  • Work closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and central Trust teams to deliver outstanding support services.
  • Manage school communications and act as a key point of contact for parents, staff and visitors.
  • Support budget management and financial administration.
  • Coordinate cover arrangements and work with external agencies where required.
  • Promote a positive culture where staff wellbeing and collaboration are valued.

Working across two schools

This role is based across Heaton Avenue Primary School and Millbridge Primary School. The successful candidate will be expected to operate across both sites and demonstrate flexibility, including the ability to travel between locations as required.
