Share Community is seeking a Head of Training to shape and grow our learning and employability offer. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking, confident leadership, and a focus on real outcomes for adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, and other support needs.
You will lead on developing Share's training strategy, ensure high-quality teaching and safeguarding, and build partnerships with local authorities, employers and education providers to strengthen our services.
