Share, a registered charity focused on training and wellbeing for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its four‑person Senior Leadership Team.

Working Hours: 14 hours per week, flexible across at least three days, with remote working options.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level and comprehensive executive support to the SLT, including coordinating meetings, monitoring actions and managing relationships with trustees.
  • Support the CEO, Head of Volunteering and Community Services, and external fundraising consultants with fundraising activities – arranging donor meetings, sending collateral, researching grant opportunities, capturing reporting and acknowledgement requirements.
  • Assist with planning and organising trustees’ meetings and events, collating information for reports and ensuring timely, high‑standard delivery of project reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in executive or administrative support within a non‑profit or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
  • Previous experience in fundraising support, grant research and reporting is desirable.
