£26,936 pro rata (actual salary based on 30 hours: £23,088) plus 5% pension contribution

Working hours: Full time (30 hours) or part time

Location: Share Clapham Junction SW11 1JL, Share Tooting SW17 0YF, Share Brixton SW9 7AA and Share Vauxhall SE11 6AA, London, UK

Main responsibilities:

  • You’ll work flexibly, supporting students to access their communities and various activities across a range of projects.
  • You’ll lead sessions where smaller groups are required for projects and activities.
  • You’ll set up, plan and lead free-time activities for students.

  • You’ll have experience supporting adults with a learning disability or autism.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, someone who listens with great patience and empathy.
  • Coping with tricky situations won’t phase you due to your resilient nature.
  • You’re passionate about helping people reach their goals.
  • Most importantly, you share our strong commitment to the inclusion of disabled people in society; you believe in equality for all.
