Work with us – we have three roles available to be our next Library of Things Manager – one at Kingswood, one at Frenchay and one in Bedminster.
Salary: £13.45 per hour

If you’re passionate about sustainability and our local communities, love working with people and things, can find your way around a sander and a spreadsheet, and want to work part-time for a local charity, then we’ve got a really lovely job for you!
We need three new Library of Things Managers to run our Frenchay, Bedminster and Kingswood sites, working with the rest of our small team of staff and volunteers to make borrowing as convenient as buying. We’re after people who thrive on being busy, cannot wait to welcome people when they walk in, and approach everything with enthusiasm! (But you also need to be really organised!)
We’re looking for someone to start as soon as practical, and work between 13 hours and 21 hours a week, depending on the site.
- Kingswood, BS15: Tuesday: 9.30 - 12.45pm, Thursday: 4.30 - 7.15pm, Friday: 2.00 - 4.45pm, Saturday: 9.30 - 2.15pm
- Frenchay, BS16: Tuesday: 4.30 - 7.15pm, Wednesday: 11.30 - 2.15pm, Friday: 9.30 - 12.15pm
- Bedminster, BS3: Monday: 4.30 - 7.15pm, Wednesday: 11.30 - 2.15pm, Friday: 11.30 - 2.15pm, Saturday: 9.30 - 2.15pm
The working hours will be mainly around when we are open for lending sessions. We’re committed to paying the Real Living Wage, so you know you will be paid fairly, and you benefit from free membership of Share Bristol, so you can borrow whatever you want, whenever you want, for free!
