We are looking for 2–3 passionate individuals to join our King’s Award-winning team. We’re moving B&NES away from "buy and throw away" towards a circular, sharing economy. Do you care about climate action and community spirit?

No Board experience? No problem. We value your perspective and passion as much as your professional CV. If you’re ready to help our community share more and waste less, we want to hear from you. We are especially looking for people with backgrounds in HR, Community Development, Risk Management, or Data.
What will you be doing?
Use your skills to guide our strategy, support our 230+ volunteers, and help us grow our impact. We are especially looking for people with backgrounds in HR, Community Development, Risk Management, or Data.
Time commitment: 4–12 hours per month (including one bi-monthly evening meeting). Mostly flexible/remote, occasional visits to our Bath Hub.
