About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child can thrive. Your role will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Supporting children's learning through play, creativity and exploration
  • Observing, assessing and contributing to children's learning journeys
  • Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing and individual needs are always met
  • Working as part of a passionate team to maintain a happy, stimulating nursery environment

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about early years

  • Committed to supporting children to be confident, curious learners
  • Reliable, professional and eager to develop their skills

Essential Requirements

  • Level 2 qualification or above in Childcare / Early Years
  • Experience working in a nursery setting
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
