At Shardlow Hall Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, inspiring and high-quality environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. We're now looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. We also have higher roles available if this is something you're looking for.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child can thrive. Your role will include:
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Supporting children's learning through play, creativity and exploration
- Observing, assessing and contributing to children's learning journeys
- Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing and individual needs are always met
- Working as part of a passionate team to maintain a happy, stimulating nursery environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, professional and eager to develop their skills
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 qualification or above in Childcare / Early Years
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
