Blooming Wild are looking for two new Nursery Assistant Apprentices, you will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner Level 2/ level 3 Early Educator depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children by following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a secure environment.
- Tune into each child’s individual needs, providing support and encouragement that helps them feel valued and understood.
- Listen to children’s interests and ideas, and use these to plan fun, engaging activities that help them reach their goals.
