Responsibilities
- Plan and implement appropriate activities to meet the needs of the children's age and stage of development.
- Ensure children are safeguarded at all times.
- Ensure the company's Values and Visions are upheld.
- Maintain detailed records of the children’s day-to-day activities to ensure daily handovers can take place between practitioner and parent/carer.
- Follow the room routines and instructions given by the room leader and management.
Qualifications and expectations
- We are looking for candidates who are reliable, with great determination, motivation and enthusiasm.
- Someone who is flexible and able to work as part of a team, with good communication skills.
- Shows a willingness to learn further by attending training.
- Support and encourage the overall development of the children by ensuring their well-being, development and individual needs are being met at all times.
- Assist in planning and implementing appropriate activities and learning opportunities for age-specific children with the ability to adapt accordingly to the children’s individual needs, interests, abilities, understanding etc.
